Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address at a convenient time.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
